Return & Refund Policy

At RxSciences, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Order Cancellation & Refunds (Before Shipment)
   •    Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if the products have not yet shipped from our warehouse.
   •    To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at support@rxsciences.co with your order number.
   •    Once your order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Returns & Replacements (After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns or refunds except under the following conditions:
   •    Damaged Products: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage.
   •    Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement.
   •    Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will assist in investigating and reshipping your order.

All approved cases will be replaced with the correct or undamaged product at no additional cost.
 

Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:
   •    The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except in cases of damage during delivery).
   •    Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
   •    RxSciences reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before issuing a replacement.
